- Coordinates office operations such as meetings, events and reports.
- Checks staff attendance and Recruitment new hired staff.
- Organizes and maintains file, records, and correspondence.
- Provides general administrative support including: phones, distributing mail, and preparing.
- Ensures all office equipment is well maintained and serviced.
- Monitors daily activities of cleaners and make sure it in tidy manner.
- Other related duties as HR Manager assigned
- Bachelor Degree in Administrative or Management
- At least 1 year of experience in the construction industry
- Creative with good management and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate effectively both verbal graphically and writing
- Hard working person, strong motivation and good attitude
- Salary base on experience
