1. Manage and control allkind of administrative documents to file in order.
2. Ensure all officeequipment is well maintained and serviced
3. Make monthly reportrelevant office supply.
4. Check attendanceday-to-day and make report to Administrative Manager.
5. Maintains payrollinformation from time to time by collecting from the campus.
6. Ensure all updateinformation receive on time from the campus.
7. Collect documentsupport to do payroll and submitted to Admin Manager.
8. Process and monitorthe system related to Staff ID Card and Parking.
9. Other related duties asmanager assigned.
1 Bachelor's degree in HR and Administration or relate field
2 At least 3-years’experience in administrative or related field.
3 Be self-motivated andable to work to tight deadlines.
4 Have good computerskill (Microsoft office, Excel, Power point and internet and E-mail).
5 Creative and flexiblein work, be able to work effectively and cooperatively with Co- workers.
6 Good interpersonalskill, hardworking, honest and high responsibility.
7 Able working underpressure.
