Operation Manager (Warehouse)

responsibilities

1. Assist the Board of Management in preparing the company’s business planand processing operations

2. Oversee field operations and provide necessary support and improvementactions of industries Park branches

3. Regularly observe relevant external factors impacting business operationsfor necessary proactive response and practical strategy development.

4. Ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently and uniformly acrossall departments.

5. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures

6. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and service providing in eachdepartment

7. Collaborate with the Sales department, Accountant department, Marketingdepartment, and warehouse department in the development and delivery ofstrategic events and brand-enhancing initiatives

8. Managing day-to-day operational performance,

9. Proactively manage all aspects of financial measurement, including budgetand inventory control

10.Plan and monitor the daily activity of each department to ensure smoothprogress

11.Acts as delegate of the executive, when requested, to manage theorganization’s departments

12.Direct and guide approved policies including sales, marketing, accountant,Industries park department

13.Support sales and marketing department to monitor business operations

14.Interact with other departments in managing the entire operations and developan inventory control management system

15.Oversight the quality of plan and manage budget operation plans, prepare andsupervise all financial documents

16.Evaluate and prepare reports for authorization

17.Supervise coach managers and other direct subordinates and provideconstructive feedback

18.Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boostcompany effectiveness

19.Assist in the development of strategic plans and operational activity.Implement and manage operational plans.

qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in business management,or closely related field. MBA preferred.
2. At least 6 years’ experience in business management or related filed.
3. Highly collaborative leadership style with the ability to respond quickly andeffectively to ever-changing situations.
4. Able to multi-task and communicate with different units
5. Very organized and able to present information in a clear and logical manner
6. In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
7. Positive attitude, self-starter, independent, detail-oriented andwell-organized
8. Highly developed organizational and planning skills, time management skills,and written/oral communication skills.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
10. Professional proficiency in English and Chinese
