Recruitment Intern

responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, job boards, other job posting platform).

• Assist to arrange schedule interviews and communicate with candidates (Leve 1 to 3 only).

• Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.

• Assist with onboarding of new hires, document collection (Leve 1 to 3 only).

• Prepare recruitment reports and summaries for HR management.

• Perform other HR support tasks as required.

qualifications

• At least year III of Bachelor Administration, or Human Resources, or related field.

• Good communication skills in Khmer and English (verbal and written).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email,).
