Sales Project Manager (Construction)

responsibilities

1. Manage sales team by organizing resources

2. Developing competency performance

3. Follow up service providing to meet the customer demand on time

4. Maintain good teamwork and coordination among the team

5. Follow up and manage daily operation of project sale team to meet monthlytarget

6. Build up relationship with key customers as well as frequent visit highlevel customers

7. Selling other product of the subsidiary company relevant to constructionindustry

8. Visit the target market and classify the potential area

9. Filling the Project Customer Profiles

10. Demonstrating of products to push the sales volume

11. Follow up payment with responsible officer

12. Solving problem with project owner

13. Certified the purchase order in the system

14. Review daily productivities report within sale team

15. Preparing monthly achievement report to sale director

qualifications

1. Bachelor degree of Sale and Marketing or related field

2. At least 5 years experiences in project sale management

3. Understandings of construction industry

4. Have managerial expertise with inspired coaching spirit

5. Good communication and presentation skills

6. Wiling for travel to provincial

7. Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese or other languages isplus

8. Excellent customer service and problems solving.

9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

10. Be honest, reliable, and self-motivated
