Senior Admin Officer

responsibilities

  • Manages and controls all kind of administrative documents to file in order.
  • Ensures all office equipment is well maintained and serviced.
  • Makes monthly reports relevant to office supply.
  • Checks attendance day-to-day and make report to Admin Manager.
  • Monitors staff movement on a daily basic.
  • Maintains payroll information from time to time by collecting from the branches.
  • Ensures all update information receive on time from the branches.
  • Collects document support to do payroll and submitted to Admin Manager.  
  • Others task as assigned by Admin Manager.

qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, or other related fields.
  • Good at monitoring and organizing skills.
  • At least 2 years experiences in related fields.
  • Able to use Microsoft word & Excel.
  • Be honest, hardworking and flexible.
  • Good command in English.
