Our Community Hub: Inspiring the Next Generation of Architects

On August 22, 2025, Our Community Hub proudly organized and sponsored by Y Chhe Group, in partnership with Klatform, with the support of TK Central and AxTe successfully concluded, showcasing remarkable creativity and innovation from Cambodia’s young architects.

A Nationwide Stage for Young Architects

This year, the competition had 56 teams from universities across Cambodia presenting their creativity. This was more than just a competition; it reflected our commitment to sharing this opportunity and encouraging participants to show what they are capable of. As Toul Kork continues to evolve into one of Phnom Penh’s most lively districts, the demand for inclusive, flexible, and accessible community spaces is greater than ever. This competition invited architecture students to design a community hub that reflects the needs, values, and character of Toul Kork.

The Road to the Finals

From concept sketches to models, the journey took several months of preparation and development. After a thorough judging process, 6 outstanding teams were shortlisted to showcase their work at the final exhibition:

-     RE-THINK NEXUS – Royal University of Fine Arts (RUFA)

-     GENZ – Limkokwing University

-     THE ALCHEMIST – Limkokwing University

-     11:59 Architect – Limkokwing University

-     THE ONE – Paragon International University

-     TITUY – Paragon International University

The exhibition served not only as the final stage of competition but also as a public celebration of design and innovation, where visitors had the chance to explore the students’ visions and connect with their creative process.
